What are they like?
If they are not touting players for £40m bids that never happened they are making ridiculous transfer claims like this one.
For example, *Rangers defender Borna Barisic has twice this week been the subject of a ‘transfer race’ according to the Scottish media.
The Glasgow Times said clubs from Serie A and the Turkish Super Liga were ‘preparing bids’.
The Daily Record claimed there is ‘a race’ to sign the left back as well.
Not so according to Rangers Review writer Joshua Barrie who tweeted:
No contact or confirmed interest. Not guaranteed he will stay but no movement?
WTF does that even mean?
So basically, the papers have made up fictitious stories to try and get the player punted and there is no one interested at the same time?
Have I got that right?
I suppose someone needs some money this summer but at least it’s not wee Alfie that’s being punted.
Oh no. He’s being offered a new contract because he want’s to ‘stay at the club for a very long time’ according to Mark Wilson.
