Chris Sutton’s Postecoglou rally call is brilliant

Now is not the time to lose sight of the bigger picture in our season.

Our main aim was to win at least one cup and keep within touching distance of Rangers.

We are already halfway there with the league cup in the bag and are way ahead of our predictions for the league.

Celtic are more than withing touching distance of our rivals. We have one hand on the league trophy and with a six point lead with only five games to go, now is not the time (yes I am saying it again) to lose it over a cup semi final disappointment.

And it was summed up perfectly by Chris Sutton.

Sutton was glowing is his praise of the Celtic gaffer and hammered home the message of the need for clear heads in the title run in:

“Rangers the better team today and deserved to win. Celtic were poor today, missed big George and his physicality to get the team up the pitch.

Bigger picture is that Ange Postecoglou has done a great job this season and the team need one big final push to win the league.”

And Sutton is bang on the money.

No one expected this Celtic this season.

We were all hoping rather than expecting a good season.

Now that the season is panning out better than what we expected, it’s now time to back the boys because we could win the league against them at our own ground.

And how sweet would that be after yesterdays events?
