Because the former Rangers midfielder lived in our shadow during his short time in Glasgow. Signing for Rangers in 2016, Barton ran his mouth off about coming to Scotland to win titles and gun for Scott Brown.
Well, we all know how that worked out. Barton got rinsed in his first Glasgow Derby at Celtic Park by Brown whilst his team got skelped 5-1 with a Moussa Dembele hattrick to boot.
The Englishman left Scotland trophyless, and with whatever he had left of his reputation in tatters.

Barton was a failure in Scotland and, right now, is a failure as a pundit and on social media. His activity on the social media platform is questionable at best.
His sexist and misogynistic behaviour would make even the most hardcore of Follow Follow blush and after his threats towards Greg Taylor below:
