Ibrox Noise disgraceful racial stereotype attack on Ange is puerile and a lie

There are some places you go and some you don’t to try and grab a laugh at the oppositions expense.

From mistakes in the media, to outlandish player valuations to the state of some of their TIFO’s, this site has been all over the course when poking fun at our rivals.

But what I won’t do is personally attack any player, manager or otherwise as that then takes you down a dark path where no one wants to go.

Plus, you are about a bawhair from becoming a bigot and a racist and that is certainly not what I am.

So it surprised me to see that a *Rangers fan media publication, Ibrox Noise, wrote an article where it says Ange ‘claimed’ the title after the Hoops 3-1 against Livingston on Sunday.

Of course, we all know he hasn’t done any such thing, it was actually Giakoumakis over a week ago that made the claim but it seems that matters not a jot after reading this rags first paragraph as it unleashed it’s faux rage in a desperate attempt to get itself some extra clicks, “Following one Greek fool claiming the title to Parkhead, his boss Stavros has more or less done the same only a couple of weeks after reckoning his side are only getting better.

“In yet more ammo for Rangers’ dressing room, their manager made claim to the title by saying they’ll only get better from here towards the end of the season, thereby pretty much dismissing Rangers and bringing out the champers.”

This borderline racist remark is what fuels the idiots that turn up to Ibrox and at away grounds hellbent on singing whatever song that makes them feel superior to others.

Apart from the fact Ange has never claimed anything about the title or dismissed the team from Govan, this manufactured rage article is endemic of the Ibrox psyche who were lambasted for their sectarian singing by fans at St Johnstone online where a compliant Scottish media sat on their hands and said nothing.

They will take any and all opportunity to include race, religion and even CSA if it means getting any kind of one-upmanship on Celtic.
