Tam McManus pinpoints two games that will determine league title destination

The league title is the closest it has been for years. Ever since Celtic dominated Scottish football, the titles (even with *Rangers in the league) were won mostly at a canter.

And the least said about last season the better.

But with the two teams going at it hammer and tongs, first to blink will fail and it seems that this years run in will be the tightest in a long while.

But speaking on PLZ Football Show, Tam McManus has pinpointed the two games that will determine which of the two sides will win the league, “I think the both teams at home are gonna win all of their home games.

I know Rangers have got Celtic coming up at home.

Listen I think it’s going to be decided on the Old F*rm games.

I think we spoke about it a couple of weeks ago. I think those games are going to be massive for both clubs, but they have obviously got to play each other at home.

And I think those will decide where the league title’s going.”

Taking away from the obvious point that if the two teams win all their home games, then clearly it won’t come down to the Glasgow Derbies.

It will be what happens outwith these games that will decide the league title.

And looking at recent form, you would be foolish to bet against a Celtic side that seems to have found it’s mojo again than a stuttering and tiring *Rangers side that is barely scraping by with 1-0 wins.
