Things Celtic fans love to see. Rangers getting turfed out of Europe and Kris Boyd losing all composure whilst trying to look impartial after an Ibrox defeat.

The Sky Sports pundit is probably one of the most unprofessional people on in broadcasting whenever it comes to covering both Celtic and Rangers games.

He can’t hide his glee when Rangers win and fails to disguise his smugness when Celtic lose.

So when we get the chance to laugh at Kris Boyd’s face on live TV, do we take it? Damn right we do.

The former Rangers striker was on Sky Sports duty tonight and was asked to sum up the the match directly after the final whistle and the pain in his voice was superb.

I know we really shouldn’t be partaking in some schadenfreude here but eff it, you know if it was Celtic this guy would be all over it with his stupid little quips and pro-Rangers innuendo.

This EBT recipient should be laughed at at every opportunity and this painful one minute video was just superb.

And it you watch really closely for a second time, I swear a little tear was close to running down his face.

I jest, of course, but at least we get a laugh tonight at his expense and remind the Rangers support that no matter how much they gloat, in reality their European track record is not as good as they will have you believe.
