“I’m a little bit concerned” – McCoist questions ‘£10m’ deal and why it falls short. Is the penny starting to drop?

Ibrox Stadium

It is isn’t it?

The penny is starting to drop with them. Or at least you would think it was.

If it isn’t then think of it this way.

Why if Aribo has a £10m clause in his contract did Rangers accept £6m? And on the day that they revealled a deal has been agreed with Tolak?

Coincidence?

Of course not!

If Rangers didn’t sell, they were getting no new striker because they have no money.

Ally McCoist is starting to get it.

Speaking on Talksport, McCoist was starting to realise what is going on at his club in a roundabout way, said, “It is strange, I don’t know why there is a £10m clause and it’s only £6m [up front], although the add-ons could potentially take it over £10m.

“But I am a little bit concerned. I think Morelos’ contract is up after another year and I think Ryan Kent’s contract is up in the year.

“I would be a lot happier with my Rangers supporting scarf on if we tied the two of them down for another couple of years.

“So I am a little bit concerned but there are a lot of really good things happening at Rangers as well.”

‘Lots of really good things happening at Rangers’

Like what? He’s literally just rhymed off everything that’s going wrong, where was the stuff that was going right?

The fire sale?

There is none.

There is a transfer strategy set up of course, but not the one their fans were hoping for.

  1. Frankfurt 5 – Right in the coupon 4. The sooner the HUN goes bankrupt the better. You cannot expect £10m for a player that is overrated and hyped up by the Record. Dream on suckers.
