“It’s blatant cheating and the refs know it”, “People have an agenda against Celtic” – Hoops fans hit back at another week of anti Celtic press

Every week there is a four or five day debate about dubious decisions Celtic seem to be getting in the domestic game.

*Rangers fans crying about referee intimidation is just laughable considering their club has benefitted from the best ‘honest mistakes’ this season so far and, after two years, when one of their players eventually gets a red card they send an eight point dossier to the SFA regarding poor refereeing standards.

So who’s intimidating who now?

The Celtic fans have had enough of the negativity and hit back in The Record Hotline.

Gavin Kelly said, “Rangers moaned that much about referees, they actually sent a letter of complaint to the SPFL whilst their managing director was on the SPFL board.

“Trying to get Reo Hatate banned, this guy has a cheek after Ryan Jack’s horrific tackles that have gone unnoticed.

“People clearly have an agenda against Celtic and it just shows they are scared.”

And as for the amount of penalties *Rangers seem to be getting awarded, Gordon from Ayr took a swing at Ryan Kent, “I’m not sure what the caller saying Ryan Kent should get a penalty if brought down is on about.

“No one is saying he shouldn’t.

What fans of several clubs have said is referees should clamp down on his constantly looking for a dangling leg to deliberately run into and fall down.

It is blatant cheating and our refs know it.”

The clear double standards that the Ibrox fans have when it comes to what they see in referee standards and these should be continually called out by the Celtic fans.
