Whatever your views on Rod Stewart, this one is pretty funny.
The self proclaimed Celtic fan was attending a night club with his wife when a man approached him looking for him to sign a Celtic shirt.
When Rod asked him who the Celtic captain was after he claimed he supported the club, the ‘fan’ struggled to answer and was immediately pied by the ageing crooner.
According to The Sun, an eyewitness gave an account of the meeting, “Rod got into a disagreement with an autograph hunter who wanted him to sign a Celtic shirt with One Rod Stewart written on the back.
“But Rod decided to question the guy about who he supported.
“And when he said “Celtic” Rod asked him who the club captain was.
“The guy wasn’t able to tell him so Rod just told him to jog on and got into the car and left.
“He seemed pretty annoyed.”
Rod divides opinion amongst the Celtic fans after his online activity praising the Boris Johnson and the Queen but it seems that this guy found out, some guys do not have all the luck.
