The disgraceful messages of hate that have forced Liel Abada’s £11m move from Celtic

Former Celtic winger, Liel Abada

As Liel Abada looks set to seal an £11m move to Charlotte in the MLS from Celtic this week, a tweet has shown the level of abuse the winger has had to take on social media from Israeli X accounts.

The Celtic fans’ stance on Palestine has been known for well over a decade now and it came to the forefront of the news after the latest events in the region.

Abada has struggled to settle back into the team because of this and whilst the media skirt around the real reason for that, a simple tweet on social media channel X has shown the true extent of the abuse the Celtic winger is getting from his homeland.

So it is little wonder the youngster’s head has not been in the game. It will be difficult for anyone getting this kind of abuse online. Can you imagine what his family will be getting in Israel?

Hopefully, this will put an end to the Rangers moonhowlers who come up with all sorts of wild accusations about Abada and the Celtic fans.

It won’t right enough, but a least the Celtic fans and Abada know the truth as to why both parties need to cut ties and move on.
