”Staunch high fives all round” – No prisoners taken as Celtic fans rinse Sevco supporter after Sky Sports Glasgow Derby ticket update

Celtic fans following the team in Europe.

Well it seems that there will be no Rangers fans at Celtic Park on the 30th of December as the Parkhead club confirm that an agreement couldn’t be reached by the two clubs.

Anthony Joseph dropped the update on X this afternoon in a move that wasn’t widely unexpected after the Ibrox club continued to throw their toys out the pram for the fifth season in a row.

Joseph tweeted, “There will be no Rangers fans at Celtic Park for the derby on December 30.

“There were no away fans at Ibrox for the reverse fixture in September.

Celtic are keen on allocations returning to 7k, but clubs cannot reach agreement.”

Clearly Celtic want this situation resolved but after Odsonne Edouard delivered the last straw that broke their backs in 2018, it seems the Ibrox suits are not keen on seeing more Celtic parties back at their dump. Especially after Brendan Rodgers took their scalp again last September.

But strangely the Rangers fans on the thread tried to deflect and lie about the events of this afternoon’s meeting.

Quite a bizarre reply and to be fair, tweeted without a single hint of self awareness.

And there were others…

They just seem to lie with impunity which is no surprise really because they still claim to be the same club.
