“I’m nowhere near upset” – Latest transfer rumour is welcomed

I’m not into downing our players whenever a negative story is published as we have seen with the Josip Juranovic transfer one.

These kinds of stories happen all the time but what is apparent is that the Celtic fans seem very relaxed, apathetic really about the prospect of losing the Croatian right back.

Now that’s not to say that he is not a good player or we will miss him when he does go, of course we will, I think the reaction is testament to the work that Ange Postecoglou has done at the club. We have sufficient players to cover any potential outgoings this winter.

In all honesty, I'm nowhere near as upset about this as I would have been in the summer.

He'll be 28 at the start of next season, if there's ever a time to cash in it's after a decent Croatia showing in the WC with his stock high.

I trust Ange to be on to a replacement already.

Tony Haggerty said this morning that if he wants to leave the he should just go.

We have learned the hard way about keeping players on that don’t want to be here.

I can’t see the club making the same mistake again.
