“Specky hotdog”, “The guy is a total joke”, “Don’t get me started on him either” – Sevco fans turn on man that delivered the Messiah

This is a weird one. Mainly because less than three months ago the man was being lauded as a genius for delivering Aaron Ramsey and Amad Diallo.

How the tables have turned.

Ross Wilson was, alongside Steven Gerrard, seen as a hero amongst the Rangers fans. He was credited for his recruitment at a time when the Ibrox board were throwing everything at stopping the ten title run.

But now, as the money dries up and so does their title hopes, it seems the eye of scrutiny is now falling on the suits as well as the manager.

It’s like watching history repeat itself. The old Rangers did the exact same thing under Murray. The money dried up. Questions were asked but it was too late by then. The wheels were already in motion as the biggest financial scandal to his Scottish football started to unravel.

The parallels are striking.

And now it’s happening again. The money train has departed and the fans now start to see what’s going on. Or do they?

They are starting to focus on the right men but for all the wrong reasons.

Questions are being asked, but they are not the right ones.

Ross Wilson Should Be Sacked” was the title and the content was just beautiful as the man who brought Ramsey to Rangers is now being vilified as the Bears run rampant with sore heads:

Transfer windows have been .shocking.

I don’t trust him to rebuild us.

DennistounGer

If Allen had windows like he’s had, he’d have been chased.

Crouchy

The guy is a total joke. His record at Southampton told us he was not up to the job.

IbroxForever

The board hasn’t backed him or Gio in the last window.

jdm1873

Honestly he’s a f***ing pr**k. Just likes to get n with the players.

TerrySilverLoyal

Who was the last player, recruited by Ross Wilson, that was a success for us?

TheScotty

And you know it’s bad when Heart & Hand are copping it:

Nearly as much of a charlatan as the podcast media man. Now there is a joke figure.

Crouchy

It’s turned out to be a complete false economy. Penny pinching on transfers has ultimately cost us the league and £40 million of Champions League money that was ours for the taking. That said, I agree that Ross Wilson is a complete myth. Him and that specky hotdog Robertson can get right tae %^*&, useless clowns.

Hoojar McKinney

I think that’s enough of that for today!
