“I know him personally” – Craig Moore makes incredible Postecoglou future claim

I suppose it was just a matter of time before people started to question Ange Postecoglou’s future at Celtic.

When you rise to the top of the league after an emphatic victory over your rivals, people do tend to sit up and take notice.

Ange inherited a mess. He’s building a future. And quickly.

With one trophy already in the cabinet the Celtic gaffer has his eye on the league title. Sitting top of the league at this stage of the season and it has not gone unnoticed.

Speaking on The Go Radio Football Show, host Rob McLean suggested that not only will top clubs be after Celtic’s top players, they will also be keeping tabs on the manager.

Ange’s former assistant, Craig Moore, stepped in with this, “His stock will certainly be on the rise. There’s no doubt about that.

The the amount of signings that he’s had to make at the football club from the starting position, the beginning of the season has been enormous.

And a lot of those signings are now starting eleven players, which is obviously what he needed to do to try and improve the squad.

*Will Celtic win the league? Take our poll HERE and have your say!*

And more importantly, I think, is that the they’ve all gelled very, very quickly. I think that’s probably taken a lot of people by surprise, even the Celtic supporters, but they’ll they’ll be absolutely delighted with what they’ve seen because I think he kind of speaks their language.

He’s very smart with his messaging within the media. He comes across as a very humble person. He is that I know him personally.

So he’s done a he’s done a fantastic job. And there’s no doubt about that. In terms of long term. It is long term.

I mean, he is in at Celtic and he’s doing a great job and I’ve no doubt that he wants to be there for the foreseeable future and win trophies.

That’s like all top managers what they want to achieve at their football clubs.”

This news will no doubt delight the Celtic fans but it should also make the board act, and act quickly. Ange is still on a rolling contract and this should be immediately replaced with a three year deal. Nailed down.
