Celtic have an abundance of talent at their disposal.
From Carter-Vickers to Jota to Abada, we are blessed with so many skillful players I genuinely believe this is the best squad of players we have had this century.
And John Hartson was waxing lyrical about about one of our most special talents.
So much so that he likened him to Welsh legend and former Celt, Craig Bellamy.
Speaking on The Go Radio Football Show, Hartson said, “Outstanding. I said it from the first game I saw him.
“I called him world class. And I think he is.
“I think his movement, his finishing, prowess his touch. He is just immaculate at times.
“He’s brave, he’s small. Sometimes he gets a little bit pushed out the way but he finds his way into the box.
“If he has to go around the player. He’s like a Craig Bellamy. Craig didn’t mind being kicked now.
“He just used to laugh at people and just make the same run two minutes later.
“Kyogo reminds me of that type of player. He’s got great pace. He’s so clever.
“And I think as well, what’s scary for the other defenders in the Scottish Premiership, he’s gonna get better.
“He is only going to get better working with really good players. Different gravy. I love him.”
World class? Is that correct? Or is big John just going over the top?
One thing is for sure. Kyogo is a genuine, proper footballer and he has the potential to be one of Celtic’s top strikers.
If only he could produce in Europe……
