Incredible video of 13 penalty awards that show Celtic is being robbed by VAR

As the VAR controversy surrounding Celtic continues this week, a video has been compiled on social showing 13 spot-kick decisions (or non-decisions) that show how much our club is being robbed by this technology.

The refereeing assistant technology was out in full force at Tynecastle this weekend as John Beaton advised match referee, Don Roberston, to look at two instances that led to Hyunjun Yang being sent off and a penalty awarded against Tomoki Iwata for an alleged handball.

As Celtic appealed the red card and failed, the fans will undoubtedly still be raging that two decisions have had such a bearing on a game where had Rodgers’ side won, we would be back at the top of the table.

But as we all know, this isn’t the first time VAR has cost Celtic over the past two seasons either directly or indirectly.

And the video below shows that as well as penalising our club, one other club seems to bizarrely benefit from a strange pattern of assistance.

Celtic must challenge the SFA

The club must do something to get the SFA to look into the strange goings-on with VAR. Whether it’s incompetence or something more sinister, if a social media account on X can compile such a damning list of evidence against VAR then surely a club the size of Celtic’s can do something?

Now that Celtic’s appeal for Yang’s red card tp be overturned has been dismissed, it’s over to the board to make their next move.

The Celtic fans are watching. The guys in the suits had better not let them down.
