“Murray mint didn’t put a penny of his own money into Rangers” – Blue on Blue as Sevco fans incredibly rewrite David Murrays history

I find this lot very bizarre.

As most of you already know.

But the constant rewriting of history is breathtaking amongst that fanbase.

Andy Goram tried it last week, the club constantly tries it with it’s mental gymnastics of the same club theory and here we are again, with their fans doing it with David Murray.

The reason Rangers died was because of Murray’s constant obsession of trying to emulate Celtic’s European success.

Yes, he didn’t actually pull the plug himself, but his reckless spending and use of EBT schemes certainly set the ball rolling and the rest, as they say, is history.

But this post eulogising Murray as some sort of Rangers great was utterly mental to me:

It’s as if their followers just blindly believe everything they get told by their own fans whilst conveniently forgetting that this was the man that sold the club for £1, to Craig Whyte, who then, well, like I said.

The rest is history.

There were at least some peepo that recognised the part he had to play in the Oldco’s demise, but they were quickly shouted down:
