Yesterday was a great day for a trip down memory lane.
Valentines Day will always be remembered as the day that the Old Rangers started dying.
Into administration, the news outlets went mental at the news but weirdly, the actual reports from that day seem to sporadic at best, wee clips at worst.
But the brilliant twitter account Tam sellic son put up a simple post:
And it provoked a wide ranging view of replies. But what is really striking is that all this reporting of the biggest event in Scottish football history, seems to be getting systematically airbrushed from the record books.
Much like Old Rangers debts.
But, as Tam says. ‘Never Let Them Forget.’
Love how they blame ppl like Whyte but it was Murray that put the nails in the coffin

Overspending? A media who rarely challenged his writ? Absolutely nothing has changed since then yet the media still purport’s the newco to be the same as the oldco.Shameless but as you say Tam we’ll never let them forget it.

And the strange thing is? History is clearly repeating itself. As is the media narrative.
