I’ve seen this claim been mooted about social media for bloody months now and it’s so farcical. it’s almost parody.
Since VAR was voted in yesterday by the SPFL clubs, we will see how much of a bearing it has in Scottish football and decisions by the start of 2023.
But until then, we will have to put up with this p**h being slabbered on our timelines until then:
With no basis of investigation or fact, this guy just pulls a random number out the air and makes a claim whilst forgetting all the dodgy decision his side have had this season.
I can think of three major incidents they have benefited from that has SAVED them from falling five points behind this season. The offside goal against Motherwell, the Aberdeen ‘penalty’ and the Porteous ‘red card’.
All at Ibrox and all when they were behind. All games they were behind when these decisions where made. There are more, but I am trying to write and think at the same time and I’m no very good at that.
The reactions to this were just superb:
Or the clearest offside goal you will see in the league this season. pic.twitter.com/lf19B855Vj

With VAR Rangers would have lost 6-8 points to Aberdeen alone. That’s not to mention offside goal v Motherwell and ridiculous decisions such as Porteous red card, & Aribo not seeing red v Hearts
