If anything, the weekends VAR controversy has highlighted one thing.
Celtic do not get awarded penalties. Ever.
I think I’m right in saying that the last penalty we had was against Motherwell back in April in the 7-0 rout at Celtic Park.
And since then? Nada. Nothing. Zilch.
But as the adage goes, these things even themselves out over a season. Right?
Even Ange Postecoglou is on record as saying we haven’t had one all season and when you look at the attacking intent and stats of this team, that is quite incredible.
