Brendan Rodgers triggers The Louden Tavern after latest Celtic VAR comments

Ah the poor wee lambs over at the Louden Tavern have been triggered after what Brendan Rodgers said about Celtic and VAR.

After Celtic lost 2-0 to Hearts at Tynecastle, Rodgers was absolutely fuming with referee Don Robertson and John Beaton on VAR after both awarded a red card to Hyunjun Yang and an outrageous penalty against Tomoki Iwata.

Listen to what the Celtic manager had to say and the response from the east end pub:

Rodgers was perfectly entitled to make those comments as it is widely accepted that the match officials had made a massive errors in both decisions.

And the irony of this mob asking for action against Rodgers when their very own club hounded Willie Collum, demanded the release of the audio of VAR after one of their own was red carded and have benefited more than any other club in the SPFL from patterns of assistance that would make their dead club blush.

They should keep their powder dry. Especially after the shocking VAR decision they got yesterday that gifted them another spot kick.

For Celtic, we move on to the next game. But for the moonhowlers over at Govan, they can continue to be consumed by Celtic as the pressure mounts on them in the title race.
