Right, first off let’s get this out the way.
I’m no having a supporter of a team that got humped 7-0 in Europe’s third tier competition lecture us on the merits of losing 3-0 to the current European Champions.
Not a chance.
But when the tweet contains two lies about the Celtic fans, then it needs called out.
Just like this guy:
I can’t recall any Celtic fan calling ourselves ‘world class’ after humping his team 9-0 and I’ve certainly not seen anyone talk about the financial gulf between us and Real Madrid as the reason we got beat last night.
Not one single fan has said. If anything, we have all admitted we got outclassed in the second half after going toe to toe with the best club in Europe.
These fans are diddies. Maybe if they didn’t adopt such an insane away ticket policy then the financial gap between his own team and our club wouldn’t be so huge.
In fact, maybe if his own teams fans actually went to games they would be able to afford a better calibre of player.
