Former Rangers midfielder, Andy Halliday speaking about Celtic fans at Ibrox

Marvin Bartley is loving it as Celtic fan sickens Andy Halliday live on Superscoreboard

Celtic fans have been loving the clubs success over the last 25 years.

Celtic’s trophy cabinet has swollen incredibly as managers like Martin O’Neill, Gordon Strachan, Neil Lennon, Ronny Deila, Brendan Rodgers and Ange Postecoglou helped make the Bhoys Scotland’s most successful club.

The current Celtic manager is officially the Parkhead club’s most successful boss in their entire history and after sealing Celtic’s 55th title to equal the dead and new club’s tally, one Hoops fan couldn’t resist gloating on Superscoreboard and leave Andy Halliday looking sick.

Andy Halliday told 56 is coming to Celtic as fan ribs Rangers

A Celtic fan was clearly still enjoying his title-winning weekend when he called Superscoreboard to gloat and let Halliday have it.

The Celtic fan said on Superscoreboard, “Good evening chaps! How are you? It’s just this 55 that they have been going on about for years, I was wanting to say how it’s going to go next year when we get the 56?

“Plus we are going to be three in front in trophies come the end of the season. I’ve enjoyed this one. That’s why I’ve got a sore throat.

“Daizen Maeda is going to be player of the year and I want 56 now.”

Halliday remains, of course, a big Rangers fan despite playing for Motherwell and Celtic’s dominance is likely to hurt him even more now.

With Rodgers creating even more history at Celtic this season, what a way to end his contract next year to claim 56 and destroy thousands of Rangers fans in the process.
