Celtic lost at Hibs after a controversial VAR decision.
VAR chalked off a Celtic equaliser vs Hibs after Brendan Rodgers’ side battled back from 2-0 to equalise late on in the capital.
However, the video referee had other ideas after VAR controversially ruled that the ball had crossed over the byline before Alistair Johnston made his cross for Daizen Maeda to tuck away.
In the end, Celtic lost the match giving Rangers the opportunity to close the gap to ten points at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
The Ibrox club where struggling at home against St Mirren and as the first half drew to a 0-0 close, a red card awarded against Hamza Igamanne looked to derail the blue half of Glasgow’s afternoon.
Until VAR stepped in.
Celtic fans will find VAR’s helping hand to Rangers laughable
A straight red card was awarded to the Rangers striker for this challenge on a St Mirren player this afternoon.

Referee, Kevin Clancy was urged to have another look at the studs-up tackle and decided that he was too harsh on the Rangers forward and downgraded the red to a yellow.
It’s a decision that won’t surprise many Celtic fans after watching their rivals benefit from many patterns of assistance over the years.
At the time of writing, Rangers are still struggling at Ibrox but I’m sure this little helping hand will give them a chance against a St Mirren side who look dangerous in the south side of Glasgow.
