Now that Celtic’s Champions League adventure is over for a couple of weeks at least, their next fixture pits Brendan Rodgers’ Bhoys up against Motherwell on Sunday.
League action resumes as Celtic face Stuart Kettlewell’s Steelmen in a bid to solidify their standing at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
The fans will be hoping that Dundee United do Celtic a favour and take points from Aberdeen at Pittodrie at 5:45pm tonight but today, it’s talk of the League Cup that doing the rounds on social media.

Philippe Clement’s side will face Motherwell on the 3rd of November as they look to challenge Celtic for the trophy Rodgers missed out on last season.
But it seems that whilst the Ibrox boss believes he can win the trophy, the Rangers fans do not.
It looks like the Clement bubble has burst and Celtic are going to oversee yet another wannabe manager looking to wrestle the power the Parkhead club have held in Scottish football for the last 24 years.

Celtic are fresh from a superb Champions League draw in Atalanta and now need to gear themselves up for some domestic action.
