Paddy Power’s latest tweet takes a superb swipe at Rangers, Philippe Clement and that dreadful TIFO after Celtic draw

Ibrox Stadium

Paddy Power certainly knows how to exploit a Glasgow Derby and the bookemaker must have been delighted at the amount of controversy that cost Celtic a win at Ibrox.

Had VAR not interfered there is no doubt in my mind Brendan Rodgers would have taken all three points back to Paradise.

Nothing will convince me otherwise. But as it happened, the penalty gave Rangers a way back and the spoils where shared between both clubs.

But there was so much more to the game than the Fabio Silva dive.

There was the TIFO, the media silence on the sectarian singing, Philippe Clement’s post match nonsense and, of course, yet another bottle-throwing incident.

And Paddy Power encapsulated it all perfectly in this three minute social media clip.

Have a watch of this:

It was bang on by the gambling giant and another reason why their social media presence is so popular.

As for the league, Celtic now need to wait to see what happens with Rangers’ game in hand after their fixture with Dundee was called off tonight.

For now the pressure is off them to win and Celtic can turn the screw on Saturday with a comprehensive win against St Mirren.
