Can the club really afford NOT to sack Gio?
Because their fans want it.
Looking at the reaction of the last two home games, it is clear as day that the fans are not happy with what not only they are witnessing domestically, but also on the European scene.
The myth that Gio is a ‘European manager’ is simply untrue.
A lucky run to the Europa League Final gave the Rangers support ideas above their station and now that they have been finally found out after mixing it with the big boys in the Champions League, they now need to accept domestic mediocrity, which they are now starting to sense this team is not up to even challenging.
But, if they were to dismiss him, how much would it take?
