The video went viral on the Internet as Ally McCoist referred to *Rangers’ Scott Arfield as Ars*field live on BT Sports.
Clearly rattled at the 7-1 destruction of the Newco by Liverpool, McCoist’s faux pas was quickly bypassed by the shows presenters but not by the Celtic fans.
And on Clyde 1 Superscoreboard, pundit Gordon Dalziel, also made the same ‘mistake’ live on the show.

I’m positive that this was a bet. The calmness of Mark Wilson and Gordon Dalziel tells me that this must have been staged.
Even so, it was quite funny from Dalziel who, despite his class clownery, is one of the most fairly balanced pundits on the show.
The next few weeks will be crucial for wee Gio as he aims to avoid taking his side towards the coveted “Worst Team in The Champions League Ever” title.
He needs to at least grab a point and avoid losing by a further four goals in ties against freescoring Napoli and the Dutch masters, Ajax.
