I hadn’t seen a single Celtic fan unhappy about the potential signing of Bernabei since it was announced that the club had put in an official bid.
Not one.
In fact, I would go as far to say that EVERY fan was delighted that the club were bringing in what is perceived to be an excellent signing in what was a problem position for us last season.
Now that we have cover? Now that he has signed? This fan tweeted this:
Either a Rangers fan in disguise (and looking at the profile, he is not) or stupid (again, I don’t think so) or at the wind up (which I think is the case) or, he is being serious.
And if he is, I can’t imagine why.
Why post something so negative when there is so much positivity surrounding the club? Weird.
And these Celtic fans certainly think so.
Got to disagree there. Ange improved Greg but I think Bernebei will be first choice. I’m not surprised.

Mental outlook, we had no LB to fill in at all if Taylor gets injured, Scales and Montgomery both out on loan and Bolingoli will be gone soon. To even post negativity around this signing is bizarre imo.

Has to be the grimest outlook ever, competition is healthy unless u can’t handle the heat, then u need to move on out of the way, I know Greg will be well up for the test. Some Celtic fans like the ones who have it in for Starfelt. This type of recruitment is what he want💚🍀🇮🇪💚

This has to be a joke? 😂 We had Montgomery, Juranovic and even Ralston at left back last season. Taylor done well mad and a role to play just as Ralston does with Juranovic but a left back was badly needed

That is the most ‘glass half empty’ comment I’ve heard in years! 👏🏻🍀
