I really don’t get our media.
Ten years after every single one them reported the liquidation and eventual death of Rangers, tens years on, it’s as if it never happened.
The continuity myth is being well and truly ramped up as the Ibrox club promote the 150 year ‘anniversary’ of the club with pitiful TIFO displays and the overegging of the mythical ’55’.
And the Glasgow Times continued that this week with this embarrassing effort:
Yes I know who the author of the piece is and I know it’s a ‘Rangers’ reporter but come on. How can you claim the continuation of 150 years when the very same paper wrote this ten years ago:

The revisionism from the Sevco media hacks is astounding and the lengths they have went to this season to ram down the 150 year message is a tad desperate.
It’s as if they are trying too hard, not to convince us, but themselves.
