David Tanner is well know for his pro-Rangers and anti-Celtic bias on social media.
Tanner takes every and any opportunity he can to spout his anti-Celtic rhetoric and this weekend the talkSPORT man was absolutely salivating.
As Celtic banned the Green Brigade, Tanner couldn’t wait to jump in and automatically brand the Celtic Ultras guilty for an alleged altercation at Parkhead that has yet to see an arrest, never mind provide a conviction.
And as as sons as Celtic’s statement confirmed the ban, he was onto social media straight away and, of course, he has also condemned the Rangers Ultras for their attack on a member of the public last weekend at Hampden, right?

As a journalist, professional integrity demands impartiality. But when it comes to Celtic and Rangers, Tanner clearly forgets that.

We have no issue on Tanner reporting Celtic’s statement, but when he appears to condemn the Hoops support as guilty without any real proof, that’s where his mask slips.
So you would think his condemnation would then stretch to Rangers fans after a clear video showing one of them seriously assaulting a member of the public outside Hampden, right?
Don’t be silly. Tanner’s wifi signal must have dropped out that day, right Davey boy??
