Main stand turnstiles at Celtic Park

What someone who worked at Celtic for 15 years said about ‘the incompetence’ at the club

Celtic fans are sick and tired of the inept management of the club from the top.

Shocking handling of the summer transfer window and Celtic’s undermining of Brendan Rodgers in the media has angered fans this season.

And let’s not forget being knocked out of the Champions League after Celtic lost on penalties to Kairat Almaty.

In short, the leadership at the top of the club has been shambolic and it appears that there are people at Celtic who really don’t have any business being at the club.

There are people at Celtic who ‘should be nowhere near the club’

Speaking on The Trinity Tims podcast, podcaster Baz shared a conversation he had with someone who worked at Celtic for 15 years before he left in 2020 about some of the people who work at Parkhead.

Baz made an appearance on The Trinity Tims podcast and said, “I spoke to a gentleman that worked at Celtic for 15 years at the weekend and he said that he admitted that there are people at Celtic right now, he left the club in 2020, and he said there are people at the club right now that should be nowhere near the club.

“The incompetence level of the people that are working at Celtic is unbelievable. He did say though, that there are people at the club at a higher level that he has a respect for because they do the business.”

Quite an eye-opener but hardly unexpected from a club that appears to do its business on the back of a fag packet.

Celtic fans are keen to see change at the top of the club and recent protests at Celtic Park and at away grounds have shown that there is a determination to rid the club of these incompetent people.
