Superscoreboard pundit Hugh Keevins talking about Celtic and Rangers.

Celtic fans will applaud Hugh Keevins’ blistering Rangers fan criticism

Celtic fans have been enjoying another Rangers implosion and it’s not even Halloween yet.

With just two months of the new season gone, Rangers are mangerless, clueless and their fans are also reputation-less as week after their shameful behaviour at Falkirk.

Police and stewards escorted the former Rangers boss to safety after fans disgraced themselves at Falkirk.

Even videos appeared online showing Rangers fans threatening Russell Martin as Celtic fans watch the events unfolding in horror.

And reacting to the shameful scenes in Falkirk, Hugh Keevins launched a blistering attack on the Ibrox support.

Hugh Keevins blasts ‘sinister’ Rangers fans in rant that will make Celtic supporters applaud

Keevins is normally a pundit who like to put the boot into Celtic, but after witnessing what Rangers fans have been up to over the last few weeks, he changed tact.

Keevins said on Superscoreboard, “Let’s draw a line here between the nonsense and what Andrew Kavanagh has said today that they are responsible for making a bad appointment, and they’ve owned up to that.

“But they are not complicit in what took place at time up when you have hooded gangs trying to stop the team bus from leaving the Falkirk stadium and necessitating the head coach’s departure via a back door with mounted policemen and other policemen guarding him.

“Then that is anti-social behaviour. It has nothing to do with Andrew Kavanagh, but it has everything to do with an anti-social group who are tolerated at Ibrox because they all stand in the same place.

“You know exactly who they are, but what took place yesterday was sinister, disturbing and very wrong.

“I don’t think it’s been the finest hour for the Rangers support. I described it in one newspaper column as ‘human debasement’ when it came to Russell Martin.

“The chanting at Ibrox was of a kind that I have never heard before. But what took place yesterday takes you on to another sinister level.

“But what took place yesterday takes you on to another sinister level. This is about organised gangs.”

Fair play to Hugh, he’s Atletico his neck out where no other pundit or journalist has dared.

Let’s hope he targets the sectarian singing next but Celtic fans won’t hold their collective breath.
