Celtic fans will never understand the Rangers support’s obsession with the Royal Family.
In fact, scratch that. The majority of Scottish football fans don’t understand it because as was proved in 2012, the Queen did not give two flying f-cks when Rangers died after cheating her out of millions of pounds.
Celtic supporters will never tire of ripping the Rangers fans for that fact but it seems that it’s not just us that find the Ibrox supports needy obsession with them weird.
Dundee United boss’ reaction to Rangers fans singing will be lauded by the Celtic support
Take Jim Goodwin, for example. A Celtic-supporting Dundee United manager who is also of Republic of Ireland descent, showed some superb disdain when he heard God Save The King being sung by the Rangers supporters at Tannadice.

It was a superb reaction that sums up just how much the Rangers support and their weird love-in with that family is viewed throughout Scottish football.
