‘Sickening’ – Superb Rangers pain after hearing how much Celtic will earn in Champions League

Celtic are coining it in after their Champions League heroics this season.

Brendan Rodgers ensured Celtic’s place in the playoffs with a win over Young Boys last night which guarantees at least another home game at Celtic Park.

With Champions League money already banked with seven games played, the Celtic manager will be relishing another one of Europe’s top clubs heading to Glasgow in February.

So just how much are Celtic set to earn now that they have secured their playoff place? It’s a hefty amount and it’s left Rangers fans sickened.

Celtic set to earn over £50m from Champions League revenue

Celtic are on course to earn around about £50,500,000 from this season’s Champions League and it’s a figure that will help keep the boot on Rangers’ neck for the next few years at least.

With Celtic already cash-rich, Rodgers will have plenty of cash in the bank to strengthen his team for next season.
