Former Rangers striker Ally McCoist talking about Celtic

Jim White & Ally McCoist’s Rangers pain on Ibrox walkout sparks unprovoked attack on Celtic fans on talkSPORT

Celtic fans, in general, have no time for talkSPORT as it’s proven to be a joke station when it comes to fairly assessing our club.

Celtic have a rich trophy history over the course of the last few decades but none of that is ever taken seriously by the biased English radio station.

Even when Celtic skelp English teams in Europe, talkSPORT rarely give us any credit regardless of the result.

Just last week told how a radio station guest, Bill Leckie, called Celtic fans sectarian whilst they discussed the problems at Rangers and it seems like they are it again.

Jim White and Ally McCoist were greeting about Rangers fans walking out of Ibrox yesterday when Leckie took the opportunity to take another swipe at the Celtic Park support.

talkSPORT guest uses Rangers for another anti-Celtic headline

Leckie said on talkSPORT, “Well, I think the boos from most of the rest of the stadium probably told you what other Rangers fans thought.

“These are the same fans who, earlier on the season, let off fireworks inside the stadium at a European game.

“So that’s the level of thinking power you have sometimes there. It was very much staged. It was very much attention-seeking.

“And that’s something we see up here. You know that we don’t really see it down south so much. Rangers, and Celtic in particular, have these little organized Ultra gangs who dress up.

“Rangers ones dress all in black, the Celtic ones in kind of khaki, military colours and they are now very much running an agenda of ‘We are the fans who have the say. We are the ones who know what this club is about’.

“And to be honest, they bore me to tears.”

What the hell has the Celtic supporters got to do with the shambles that’s happening over at Ibrox?

Absolutely nothing except l it gives hacks like Leckie the chance to put the boot into our club because he’s too cowardly to keep his criticisms solely for the Rangers
