As the Champions League music rung out at Celtic Park and Brendan Rodgers got set to face Club Brugge, Rangers boss Philippe Clement was being given managerial advice from the Ibrox support.
Yes, you heard that correctly. Clement is under the cosh and if Rangers could afford to, he would be sacked already.
But as it is, with the amount of debt Rangers are in, they are stuck with their manager so the Ibrox support decided to give their gaffer ‘one piece of advice’.
‘Just beat Celtic’ as the Rangers fans demand change
I wish it was as simple as ‘just beat Celtic’ but it’s Rangers fans we are speaking about here so the usual bile and vitriol ensues as the Ibrox support switches Football Manager for social media and tell Clement how to go about his job.

So it looks like the feeling is clear. Give Clement more time to catch Celtic! Of course, it’s not but I know every Celtic fan, including myself, will be hoping that that is exactly what happens.
