Paddy Power slaughter Neil McCann’s BBC Scotland commentary about Celtic’s Callum McGregor

Scotland’s draw with Switzerland keeps the Euro 2024 dream alive for the Tartan Army and the quartet of Celtic players involved in the tournament.

Callum McGregor’s assist for Scotlands opener was cancelled out just over 13 minutes later after Shakiri’s stunning equaliser meant there was a share of the spoils.

However, it seems that former Rangers winger, Neil McCann, could hide his bias after being called out by betting giant, Paddy Power.

McCann’s anti-Celtic bias called out

I simply refuse to listen to BBC commentary whenever for a Scotland game whenever a former Rangers player is involved.

Especially if it involves the likes of Neil McCann or Kenny ‘I forgot I used to play for Celtic’ Miller.

Why? Because they can’t hide their bias. Simple. And how bad must Neil McCann’s have been for Paddy Power to tweet this out on X:

Clearly the pain of Callum McGregor running Scottish football and ruining Rangers is too much for McCann to bear.

The BBC Scotland pundit has form for his daft Celtic comments in the Scottish Premiership so why change the habit of a lifetime when doing his job on Scotland duty?

Personally, I love it. I love the fact that McCann’s Celtic pain has a spilling over into the Euros. It’s also brilliant to see those outside of Scottish football calling it out.

Because, let’s face it, the spineless Scottish media hacks are not going to do it, are they?
