What is happening with Karamoko Dembele?
The youngsters contract expired at the end of May and, as yet, there is not indication or announcement from the club or player as to whether or not he has actually departed.
Reports from France [via HITC] are suggesting that Dembele is attracting a lot of interest from Ligue 1 side Brest and it claims that they are ‘best placed’ to land the attacker but the uncertainty over whether or not Dembele has actually departed the club still circulates.
The nineteen year old was tipped to become a start at Celtic and at just 13 years old, he was making a name for himself with his silky skills and trickery and his ability to find the back of the net.
Dembele was meant to break through during the Neil Lennon era but for some reason he hardly made the match day squad never mind the starting line up.
Who knows what’s going on with Dembele. Who knows where he will end up but let’s hope this is not another wasted talent to come through the Celtic ranks.
