It must be a slow news day today.
Let me tell you why.
The Daily Record has published a huge transcript from last nights Clyde 1 Superscoreboard where Kenny Miller gives his ‘insider knowledge’ on the inner workings of the transfer window.
More specifically, on Josip Juranovic.
Now I’m not publishing the whole thing here, I’d be here all day, but what I found interesting is was this little snippet:
“You don’t wake up one morning and turn on Sky Sports News and see that you have moved.
“There is definitely contact leading into transfer windows, so he will have a fair idea of where he stands in the thoughts of other teams.“
Contact between who? The buying club and the player because that would mean he has been tapped up which is pretty illegal I’m sure?
Contact from club to club? If that’s the other case then how would Juranovic know where he stands unless the club have told him who is interested and what deal is on the table?
Let’s be honest here. Miller knows absolutely nothing at all. It’s just sheer conjecture and speculation on his part.
I think I’ll wait for the club to make a statement before listening to the ramblings of anti-Celtic radio pundit.
