Celtic supporters laughing at Rangers manager Russell Martin after Ibrox draw with Dundee.

‘Latest gossip’ – The WhatsApp rumour about Russell Martin and the Rangers dressing room Celtic fans will find hilarious

Celtic fans love nothing more than watching Rangers implode.

With the 49ers Enterprises cash behind Rangers, the Ibrox support firmly believes Celtic’s dominance of Scottish football was coming to an end.

However, it’s not going to plan as Celtic sit pretty at the top of the Scottish Premiership table six points ahead of a stuttering Rangers side who are now under serious pressure.

Russell Martin has presided over the worst result in their 13-year European history after Club Brugge battered Rangers midweek.

And it appears that according to a hilarious WhatsApp rumour being spread by the Ibrox support, Martin has lost the Rangers dressing room with the Celtic fixture just days away.

Russell Martin he provided Celtic fans with weeks of entertainment and this latest rumour, although a wee bit far-fetched, will bring some Friday joy to the Parkhead support.

The rumour goes as follows, “Latest gossip, I apologise in advance if this has already been posted but one of the lads I know from the Motherwell True Blue put it on their page: ‘So I got a wee bit of info last night regarding Tav and what happened in the changing room, which appears to have been at the RTC.

‘As agreed at the start of the season, Tav was meant to be staying but his agent is obviously not happy he’s being benched so much and has now been told he can find a new club this season.

‘The next part boils my p-ss and makes me want this charlatan out the door sooner rather than later.

A screenshot of a WhatsApp message discussing rumours about Russell Martin's situation in the Rangers dressing room, expressing concerns about team dynamics and player transfers just days before facing Celtic.

‘Russell Martin went into the changing room after an initial discussion with one or two players and said “I’m not interested in all this shite and all that 55 stuff will be getting taken down off the walls this week”.

‘Thus an argument ensued, causing not just a fallout between RM and Tav, but has caused division between the players.

‘Tav is really the only player left from the 55 season, so it’s very much an attack on the old guard to try and replace with the new guard.

‘Hence RMs p-sh talk of harmony and everything will be ok after Monday. Tav, Raskin, Dessers, Diamonde and Bajrami are all free to find new clubs. Either this window or the next.’

Quite the story and Rangers fans are sharing it all over social media, with many believing it.

Whether it’s true or not, Celtic must go to Ibrox and demolish them. Show no mercy and then we will see some the real WhatsApp rumour-mill going into full swing.

  1. One thing is apparent. Russell Martin seems to be a strong and decent person and means to change the whole stinking ethos of that club. I think he conducts himself very well. I am sure he is disgusted with the behaviour he sees both from fans and players and the previous board. I hope the Americans stand by him and support him as Scottish football in general will be in a better place. They need rid of the bigots, but we also need rid of ours.

I find it interesting that Sevco have almost twice the coefficient points number that we have. This tells you something about the so called board at Celtic. Asleep at the wheel indeed. Sevco need to keep this present manager/coach and we need rid of DD, PL and NICHOLSON. back Dom McKay.
