Celtic fans have enjoyed a glorious weekend of Trophy Day celebrations couple with a Rangers meltdown that has been superb to watch.
In Barry Ferguson’s final game in charge, Rangers have gone absolutely crazy about a ‘goal’ in a nothing game that had no bearing on whether or not Celtic won the title.
So incensed are they that John Brown had a live Rangers TV meltdown every Celtic fan loved as he called the officials ‘corrupt’.
The SFA will be chapping his door soon but not before another pundit/Sevco sympathiser embarrasses themselves with another anti-Celtic rant about something totally unrelated to the club.
Step up David Tanner.
David Tanner throws mud at Celtic fans over an issue that had nothing to do with them
Tanner’s anti-Celtic rants are become a bit of norm on soccial media and he couldn’t wait to drag our supporters into the embarrassing Aberdeen scenes at Dundee United at the weekend.
Tanner took to X and said, “Next time MSPs haver about ending the booze ban, tell them about this month:
“Usual hooliganism by “ultras”.
“Bottle thrown by Rangers fans.
“Celtic fans lay waste to Trongate.
“Dundee Utd fans invade pitch (for finishing 4th!!)
“Aberdeen ned injures own player with chair.”
The only one of these incidents that did t shame Scottish football was Celtic fans celebrating their title win.
All the rest are an embarrassment to our game but Tanner can’t have that.
And you know what’s the most embarrassing part of his rant here, when Rangers fans threw objects at Celtic goalie Viljami Sinisalo, Tanners social media silence was very telling.
