‘The 49ers have done one’ – Rangers’ latest announcement has Celtic fans in tears

The San Francisco 49ers ‘takeover’ of Rangers has been a source of great amusement for Celtic fans.

Rangers fans are so desperate to close the gap to Celtic that they will literally believe anything that’s written about any investment in their club that could help facilitate it

The pain of the ever-expanding Celtic trophy count has caused the Ibrox hordes to lose their minds so the mere hint of any possibility that someone will come and throw money at them to halt that has the Rangers fans salivating.

The San Francisco 49ers ‘takeover’ of Rangers has given them hope but it seems that the Ibrox club’s latest announcement is a bit strange considering there is an apparent ‘due diligence’ check going on at the club by the American consortium.

Rangers’ latest share issue has Celtic fans in tears

Rangers have announced today that they have issued another share issue ahead of the proposed takeover by the 49ers, as laid out by social media account Scotland’s Coefficient.

The news is confusing as why would another share issue be required if the Americans where coming to save the Ibrox club? A few Celtic fans decided to hilariously chip in:

One Celtic fan sarcastically said, “I think this is for down payments on the casino and floating pitch.” as anothe chipped in with, “Rangers begging for the fans help yet again, mind how that went last time?”

Another Hoops fan said, “The Sanfransevco 49ers are coming you said hawd ma beer.” and another put, “They should wait for administration, it will be cheaper to buy.”

The hilarity over at Ibrox continues as the new club tries its best to avoifd how the old club fell down but as they offer confetti shares, Celtic supporters will never be done laughing at that pretend club from Glasgow’s south side.
