The meltdown over Rangers’ League Cup final penalty claim is about to take another turn this week as Willie Collum steps up to deliver his assessment of the controversial Hampden incident.
Rangers fans have been in a Celtic meltdown all week as they painfully poured over the final loss on penalties.
But rather than be absolutely raging about the fact Philippe Clement failed yet again to beat Celtic, the Ibrox support have a convenient comfort blanket as the Scottish media pander to their club over the non-penalty award on Sunday.
It also looks like Willie Collum is about to pander to the Rangers crowd as reports are suggesting he is about to deliver his big verdict on what his VAR officials missed over the Liam Scales penalty dispute.

Celtic fans are buzzing over Willie Collum’s Rangers penalty verdict
Now you would think the Celtic fans would be a bit upset as this penalty nonsense has taken over what was an excellent cup final win over Rangers.
But no. The reaction from the Parkhead support has gone the completely opposite way:
Yasssss! Even sweeter. 😂😂😂😂

He later said that he will go to confession and say 10 hail Mary's to apologise 😂😂😂
