Celtic fans following the team in Europe.

A video from inside Ibrox being shared by Celtic fans emerges is one UEFA will want to see

The one clear thing about the Rangers fans is that no matter how hard they try, they will never outdo the Celtic supporters in creating atmosphere at a game.

Celtic Park is renowned the world over for its hostile and unforgiving atmosphere whenever the elite teams from Europe make an appearance in the Champions League.

In fact, players from Barcelona, Manchester United and AC Milan have openly admitted that the Celtic support is one of the loudest fan bases they have eleven witnessed.

So it kind of makes sense that the Rangers fans want to try and go one step further to try and keep up with us.

Just this afternoon, we told you how Rangers could face a huge fine after the Union Bears let of fireworks as well as pyro in their Europa League clash with Lyon.

Indeed, that claim was ferociously denied inline but now, a video has emerged online that UEFA can now use to charge the Ibrox club.

Rangers fans aim fireworks above Jack Butland’s goal

Yeah, you heard it right. They not only let the fireworks off, but the took aim above Butland in an act of sheer stupidity.

Have a watch of this:

I genuinely wonder what makes a Rangers fan’s thought process work?

Why would someone wake up, decide that taking rockets to a football match is a great idea and then go out and buy them, take them on a bus, smuggle them into a ground, ignite them amongst thousands of fans and them aim them about your goalkeeper’s head and think that that is a good idea?

The sheer stupidity of that fan base never ceases to amaze me and I genuinely hope that UEFA don’t just throw the book at them, I hope they smash across their sloped foreheads.
