Remember that Scottish Cup semi final where Andy Halliday went off one after being subbed off with a couple of minutes to go til half time?

The very same game that ended Kenny Miller and Lee Wallace’s Ibrox career.

Yeah that one.

No one really knows what happened in that dressing room that afternoon but Murty, appearing on BBC Sportsound podcast, gave a hint at who was to blame for that shameful afternoon:

So it is clear that Murty blames the players. His comment that he behaved impeccably clearly suggests that Kenny Miller and Lee Wallace were right to be sacked from the club after that dressing room exchange.

  1. I love the part where he says he has learned so much of the history of the club…….that should be easy….not even 7 years old at time and had only won the petrol cup….
