To be fair to Brian Laudrup, it’s probably more of a wishful thinking column than it is a statement but it is a f**king stupid statement all the same.
Laudrup claims that if his Newco wins the League Cup Final this month, we will ‘buckle’.
Really? What facts is he using to back that up?
The fact that we lose the Scottish Cup semi final last season and still went on to win a league and cup double?
Or the fact we have a boss that is weak minded and doesn’t have a plan? No wait, that’s not us.
The problem I have with these kinds of pieces is that he is pandering. Pandering to a fanbase with a serious case of self entitlement.
Is buckling winning 16 titles in 23 years? Winning a Quadruple Treble?
But then, the have won 55 titles in ten years so who am I to talk about domination.
I always admired Laudrup as a player, but as a pundit he is absolutely brutal.
I still want to know about the trip he had with Murray in Jersey!

Has never played for this rangers. His views are about as valid as mine. Wasn’t even the best player in his mammys hoose.
