“I’m sure Celtic will do business” – Video: Agent predicts signing of player he calls an ‘absolute flying machine’

Celtic have been touted to complete various transfers this coming window and it seems that as the speculation continues, Ange Postecoglou IS going to to do business in the J League.

According to Ange’s former right hand man, Craig Moore, a move for one Japanese player is imminent as the Celtic gaffer aims to bolster his forward line this winter

Speaking on Go Radio, Moore said, “Well, again I have seen strong reports obviously for Hatate. I believe he comes from the league winners, Kawasaki Frontale.

Technically would be a wonderful player. Defender left sided fullback. The other one that has been linked to Celtic, Maeda who’s at the club that Ange has come from, Yokohama Marinos.

And this is a player that has scored, I think, 20 plus goals this season in the in the J League. Which is incredible record and he is an absolute flying machine.

So when you’re talking about somebody being able to stretch your your opponent’s defence because of that speed, and therefore then you start to give other players the space, Tommy Rogic for example, and it’s interesting to see, but there’s a link there to the Japanese players and I’m sure Celtic will do business.

I think they need to do business to strengthen the depth of this squad to go and challenge Rangers throughout the season.”

Between both Hatate and Maeda, the former is the one that excites me more as this video of the Japanese hitmans’ skills show. Let’s hope Ange gets this one done and early.
