Not that he’ll need the money to spend because his sheer presence at Ibrox has already galvanised the side, won 56 (humour me) and added millions to the values of Kent and Morelos, Mick Beale has done a tremendous job at Rangers so far without his team kicking a ball.
But his hopes of having some money to spend in the transfer window may be about to be dashed as Phil Mac Ghiolla Bhain reveals in his latest blog.
Phil says that no matter what we hear from the mainstream media, Beale will need to deal with the same financial constraints that his predecessor had to:

Phil got it spot on last winter. He did say that they would not spend a penny and that they would need to rely on loans.
