Kris Boyd is detested by the Celtic fans.

Period.

And it’s not because he is a former Rangers man, it’s because of his inane ability to not hide his allegiances to his old club and at least make the effort to look impartial.

In his latest ramblings, Boyd’s argument against the winter shutdown was beautifully picked apart by English based reporter Kieran Canning:

Almost an embarrassing as a pundit that didn't know the lower leagues were never due to have a winter break in the first place

And the Celtic fans loved it.

Because not only does this prove Boyd makes no effort to take a swipe at the hoops at any given opportunity, it proves he hasn’t got a single clue what je’s on about when it comes to talking Scottish football.
